We had another appointment today. Everything looks good. Dr. Repke said if you were born today you' d probably be about 6 1/2 lbs....with that being said...you're going to be a little chunker..you still have 4 weeks to go!!! ;) We're going to have another u/s next Thursday to see how big you really are. He would like to know if there is a possibility of mommy needing to have a c-section. So we'll know more next week. As far as things progressing..nothing is happening. I guess that can change over night, but at this point you won't be coming this week at all. He did say that I'm measuring 2 weeks early. So if you feel like coming early Dr. Repke said it's ok...and mommy & daddy would love to meet you any time now!! Love you! Here's a pic that daddy took yesterday.

Today was the baby shower!!! It was so awesome. Diane called me about 2 weeks ago & asked me to go shopping w/ her today. When I got there she said she had to drop a crockpot of at the church before we left to go shopping. I kind of had an idea, but from stuff that daddy said & a couple other things, I was thinking maybe not. I walked into the fellowship hall at the church & there were tons of people. Everything was decorated in Winnie the Pooh! They had bottles w/ pink & blue M&M's on the tables. Aunt Shanna, Aunt Patti & Aunt Thecia had made little homemade chocolates & put them in a little baggy w/ a tag on them that had a little poem written from you. Grandma Rosa picked that out. I forget the exact saying, but I'll make sure I post it than. We got sooo much stuff. Grandma Rosa's blazer was packed full & than Aunt Thecia had to bring some stuff in her car. Aunt Shanna had 2 cakes made up. One w/ Mommy when I 1st got pregnant & just had a little belly & one when mommy had a huge belly! We had a really good time & I can't believe that daddy didn't let it slip. He's a pretty good secret keeper! ;-) Here's some pics:

We had another appointment today. Nothing really exciting....I got to hear your beautiful little heartbeat again. Dr. Repke did tell me today that if I go into labor they won't stop labor. So you could be here any day now!!! That was pretty exciting..although I really hope you hold of a few weeks... we want you to be nice & healthy when you arrive. Daddy was at home all day, working like crazy on your room. He's so excited for your arrival...he has been working on your room non-stop for over 2 weeks now. That's about it for today. Love you, peanut!

Well we had our 1st Childbirth class on Saturday. It was kind of corny..but they did have a lot of information for us....I think a little TOO much information for daddy. We have 2 more classes. The last one will be at the hospital & we'll get to take a tour! That should be fun. I can't wait.

I had to take my rings off this weekend. My hands were so swollen I almost couldn't get them off. They don't look as swollen today, but I'm afraid if I put them back on I won't be able to get them off the next time my fingers swell & that really hurts, so I'll just wait until you get here to put them on again!

We are all finished w/ your bedroom!! Daddy is just putting in a different closet light, because he thought the one that was in there was old & dirty and he wants the best for his little angel. I can tell already he's going to be the one that spoils you rotten & mommy's going to be the one that has to lay the law down. We put a ceiling fan in your room & daddy got you this hi-tech remote for it. We don't even have a hi-tech remote for the fan in the living room! We both got excited last night when we seen everything in your room. If you come on your due date we only have a little under 7 weeks til we get to meet you...I just can't believe it's here already. I can't wait to see you...I know you will be beautiful. We love you so much. I know you are probably sick of hearing that by now, but we do...and you'll hear it a lot more...so get used to it! ;-)
