32 Week Belly Shot!!

I can't believe how big my belly is getting. You are just growing like a little weed!

Well everything looks really good. Daddy was able to come to the appointment, although he made fun of mommy because I hit 200 lbs..on the dot...so I don't know if he'll be going to the next appointment. ;) Just kidding. Dr. Repke assured us that I'll lose my baby weight quicker than daddy will. Dr. Repke confirmed that the GD test & all the other blood tests came back normal from the last appointment. The only thing that was little abnormal was that mommy is borderline anemic...but that's not your fault...I've always been that way. He said to just keep taking my vitamins and as long as I feel good he's ok w/ it. I asked him about the food adversions & the swelling on one side and he thought that was all normal. He said if I have the swelling w/ pain than he would worry about a clot, but w/out any pain it's normal. Our next appointment will be October 11. Just a quickie appointment again and than on 10/25 he'll do an internal exam to see if anything's happening as far as dilating & all that good stuff! I can't believe that's only 5 weeks away...we're getting down to the wire & mommy & daddy are soo excited to meet you. I didn't get daddy to take a pic last night, but I'll try to remember tonight. I almost forgot....

I was at Grandma & Grandpa Mummau's last Thurs night & your Aunt Shanna & Kaylynn were there. I hadn't seen them in about 2 weeks & when I came in and sat down your aunt Shanna couldn't get over how much my belly had grown. She kept saying, "I can't believe how big your belly is, my belly never stuck out like that!" as she was rubbing it...Kaylynn comes over & sits down in between us and starts rubbing my belly and she says to Aunt Shanna..."Mom don't be scared...it's just a baby!" It was so cute...I couldn't stop laughing! You are a lucky little baby because you have a lot of cool cousins!

I've been getting told I need to add to the blog, so here goes. It's official, mommy is barely sleeping at night, that's been going on for about 3 nights now. It's okay though. You are totally worth it. Tomorrow we have another appointment. I'm pretty sure Daddy will make it to that one. He's trying really hard to make sure he can come. I have a couple things I need to ask Dr. Repke about. Like on Monday & Tuesday my left foot was swelling....not both feet..just my left. How weird is that? Than on Sunday & Monday I wasn't able to hardly eat anything because everything I ate was making me sick. It's almost like I'm getting my morning sickness now instead of in the beginning like normal people do. Oh well...I've been asking around & it sounds like it's normal, but it's just some stuff I want to go over w/ him. I haven't taken another picture of my growing belly, but maybe I'll have daddy do that tonight. We'll see you soon...love you!!

Well you scared Mommy & Daddy today! Mommy more than daddy I think. I've been reading all these books about counting kicks & all that stuff. Well sure enough you were kicking like crazy on Saturday & than Sunday, Monday & Today you were barely kicking at all. So I called the nurse & they told me to come in a 1:00pm and they'll listen to your heartbeat just to make sure everything is ok. At first they couldn't find your heartbeat. I was so worried, but after about 5 minutes the nurse found it. And you kicked probably 5 times in the 5 minutes I was there. I called daddy and he was relieved to hear that everything was alright....he said he was trying to hurry up and get home...just in case...he was in Baltimore today! It was good to hear your heartbeat again. The nurse said it was 148 & it was very strong. You just didn't feeling like moving around much the last couple days. Anyway...less than 12 weeks to go. I can hardly wait! WE LOVE YOU, ANGEL!!
