We had another Dr's appt today. Everything looked good. Your heartbeat was good & I measured right on track. I measured 28 cm today. Dr. Repke said your head down and you'll probably stay that way until your born. That seems silly to Daddy & I...we wouldn't want to be upside down for 12 weeks, but hey whatever you want..for now anyway. ;-) Dr. Repke showed me how to feel you little head..that was really cool. I gained 6 lbs, so that makes a total of 19 lbs & Dr. Repke says that's fine. I had the GD test today & got my Rhogam shot. They'll only call me about the GD test if there is a problem. My blood pressure was a little higher today than it has been the last two appts, but Dr. Repke said that it's still in the normal range & not to worry. So that was a relief, I was a little worried when the nurse 1st told me what it was. I asked the him how much he thought you weighed right now & he thought about 3 1/2 to 4 lbs. He said you'll probably be twice that or a little more til your born. Daddy took a picture of my belly yesterday so I'll post that. Well I'm going to head to bed...I'm really sleepy & out of it tonight. We love you. I almost forgot our next appointment is 9/20. We're down to every 3 weeks now....that's a little exciting for mommy, but I'm sure you're not thrilled about being poked at again. Sorry sweetie...it's for you own good.

Daddy's out working tonight, he left yesterday morning & will get home tomorrow morning. I was just sitting here at the computer waiting for the kitchen floor to dry & thought I'd write you a little letter.

Your moving around like crazy now. I can't believe it sometimes how much I feel you in there. I have a feeling your not going to be a big sleeper. I think maybe tonight you had the hiccups...but I'm not sure. I started really feeling distinct movement on Tues night. It felt like an arm or leg rubbing against the inside of my belly. When I told daddy he said, "Well I sure hope it's an arm or leg....I don't think the baby's headbutting you or anything!" He's so silly sometimes.

I can't help but think about what things are going to be like in a couple months when you get here. I'm so anxious to meet you. Although I want your little body to grow & get nice and strong so I'm not wishing you here any sooner than when you good and ready. I can't believe after the 4 years that we spent wishing & praying for you in another 12-14 weeks you'll be here.

I love you so much & I know your daddy does to. Everytime I push on my belly or I'm holding one of your cousins he's right there, "Be careful...don't hurt the baby". You are so lucky to have such a wonderful daddy. Your grandpa was always a great daddy to me & I'm just so happy that my children are going to experience that same kind of love.

Well we had another appointment today. Everything looks good. I recorded the heartbeat because daddy couldn't be there. He was working. I gained 9 lbs between this appointment & last...WHHOOHH! Dr. Repke said that's a little over ideal weight gain, but he said that 13 lbs total is a good weight gain at this point. He told me to try to stick to 1 lb a week....it must be all those sweet teas from McDonald's...that's pretty much my only craving. Otherwise I'm measuring good, my blood pressure is good. This was a quick appointment. Next appt I will have the Gestational Diabetes test & my Rogam(sp?) shot. So that will be a little longer.
